Founder/Owner, LakeTime Management

Kelly Cooper is the Founder and Owner of LakeTime Management, a Minocqua-based executive household management and personal concierge company that primarily serves a clientele of secondary lake-home owners in Vilas and Oneida counties. Kelly leads an experienced team providing property maintenance and hospitality services; customized concierge services; special event planning/execution, and vendor management.

Kelly is no stranger to the service industry having spent 11 years as the Owner Innkeeper of the Bay View Inn on Lake Minocqua. After moving to Wisconsin from the Chicago area, she provided genuine Northwoods hospitality as she enjoyed interacting with guests on a daily basis.

Kelly’s mission in founding LakeTime Management was to provide a level of service and customer satisfaction usually found only at five-star hotels.

Kelly is a long-time member of the National Concierge Association (NCA), accredited member of the National Home Watch Association (NHWA), and the former Domestic Estate Managers Association (DEMA). When not at work, Kelly can be found cruising one of the beautiful lakes in northern Wisconsin with her family and enjoying road-trip adventures.
