Through networking opportunities, educational events, mentorship, and community connections, we help women grow both personally and professionally while building a stronger local business community. Women in Business Mentorship Program

The VCEDC Women in Business Mentorship Program connects aspiring and established women entrepreneurs with experienced business professionals and business owners who are passionate about helping others succeed.

Through one-on-one guidance, shared experiences, encouragement, and accountability, mentors and mentees build meaningful relationships that foster confidence, leadership, and business growth.

This unique program provides participants with valuable insights, new perspectives, and a supportive network designed to help women achieve their personal and professional goals.
